Best quality smocked dress I’ve found

I’ve tried a lot of smocked dresses from a bunch of brands but none have ever felt so soft against the skin as this one. I felt that it ran true to size (slightly big on us but there was no 3T available and I still wanted the dress) an heirloom piece I’m saving for my grandkids for sure. Extra special that my daughter is turning 4 and there happened to be four candles on the dress.

This dress was perfect for celebrating a 4th birthday. The dress is a beautiful, soft pink and has sweet smocking. This is a full length bishop, so we sized down to be a little shorter.
