This is the most adorable!! We will use for family photos in a few weeks. True to size, my daughter is just petite so we decided to send back the 9m for the 6m instead. She is naturally one step behind in sizing, so if your daughter is normal size for age then definitely true to size. My daughter is 10m, 18lbs, 27” length and 9m was big on her. Hope this helps!
