Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday). This does not include weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or holidays. Weekend days are not considered shipping days by the mail carriers.
Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping
- Orders placed before 12 PM CST it will ship out the same business day
- This will not be applicable for orders with custom or monogrammed items
- If an order is placed after 12 PM CST, it will not ship until the next business day
- Weekends are not included. If an order is placed after 12 PM on Friday, please note that it will not ship until Monday.
Canada Shipping
- $27 flat rate for all Canada packages
- Extended delivery dates can be expected
- Custom duties and international tax are not covered by Stitchy Fish
- All currency is USD

All orders ship from Auburn, Alabama.
Standard Orders
- Once your order is successfully submitted, our amazing shipping team works hard to get your order packed so it can be on its way within 1-4 business days. Standard shipping is sent through USPS.
- We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days and holidays.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- The day the order is shipped doesn't count towards the shipping business days.
Expedited Orders
- Orders placed before 12 PM CST it will ship out the same business day
- This will not be applicable for orders with custom or monogrammed items
- If an order is placed after 12 PM CST, it will not ship until the next business day

Pre-Orders
We will ship in-stock items as quickly as possible. Pre-order items will ship according to their estimated shipping dates as they are received from our manufacturers.
Custom Tees and Monograms
Please note that graphic tees are made to order pieces. The estimated date to create them will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Personalized items require additional processing time. Standard is 2 weeks and Rush is 1 week. If there are multiple items in your order, they will ship together when the personalization is complete.
Tracking Your Order
How To Track
- Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
- If you don’t have an account, please get in touch with customer service. They would love to assist you! Just be sure to have your order number or the email used to place the order ready!

Missing Packages
- Please allow 24 hours from the time that USPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
- If 24 hours has passed since USPS tracking shows it as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office to ask for geolocation information. This geolocation will show the last place that your package was scanned in by USPS. If the package has been delivered incorrectly, USPS should attempt to recover the package.
- Please reach out to our customer service team via email, phone. social media messenger or chat within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with your geolocation information, so that we may further assist.
- It is our policy to issue replacements for lost orders.
- If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Stitchy Fish at the time of purchase, Stitchy Fish is not liable for mis-delivery.
Stitchy Fish is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS, UPS or FedEx
- International Duties or Customs Charges
- If a package is shipped back to us due to an address issue
- Lost, damaged, misdelivered or packages marked as delivered. To file a claim with the carrier, please click HERE.
