United StatesA quality outfit. The details on this smock are beautiful. The material is softer than most other smocked outfits. The 3m size fits my 2m old perfectly with room to grow for at least through 4m maybe longer. It’s loose in the arms and stretchy in the legs without looking too big for her. Love that I can get a lot of use out of it!
