Cute dress colors are not accurate

Dress is cute, but the description says red and blue so I was thinking this would be cut for Memorial Day or July 4th. There is NO red , my dress came in blue and orange.

Dress is super cute and fits well except the sleeves will NOT stay up! Which just causes it to slide off.
